CACI Names David L. Dragics Vice President of Investor Relations

Arlington, VA, September 03, 2003 — CACI International Inc (NYSE:CAI) announced that David L. Dragics has been promoted to Vice President of Investor Relations. Mr. Dragics serves as chief investor relations officer with responsibility for directing and implementing CACI's investor communication and outreach programs for Wall Street analysts, money managers, and shareholders.

Dragics joined CACI in 1998 as Director of Investor Relations to manage CACI's overall investor relations program. He serves as the primary interface between the company and its shareholders and members of the investment community, and provides information and coordination to meet the needs of the analytical community and current and potential investors in CACI common stock.

Dragics has significant experience in investor relations, finance, strategic planning, marketing, and operations in banking, financial services, aviation services, and high-technology firms that support government and industry. He has directed and managed the investor relations programs for New York Stock Exchange (NYSE)-listed companies, and he has been a registered representative, with experience in the retail, government services and institutional segments of the market.

Dragics holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration with a major in finance from the Ohio State University and a masters of business administration in finance and marketing from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute and the Manufacturers Alliance Investor Relations Council, and is a frequent lecturer at seminars and conferences on investor relations and related subjects.
